Privacy notice

Last updated 20 October 2026

This notice explains what GH Bureau collects when you use this website or send an enquiry, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type into the form: your business name, your email address, the type of business, the design you picked (if any), what you want the website to do, and the timeline and budget if you give them.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this website sets no cookies of its own.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, ask follow-up questions and prepare a proposal. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent your details.

Who handles it

Enquiries are processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which stores the submission and forwards it to our email inbox, hosted by Google.

To keep out automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

These providers act on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Your details may be processed outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after our last conversation, unless it leads to a project, in which case we keep it for as long as we work together. Formspree keeps submissions in its archive for up to 30 days on our plan.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email we have sent you, or send a new enquiry through the form saying so, and we will act on it.

You can also withdraw your enquiry at any time in the same way. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
